VAN LIFE™ Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Introduction
This User Profile Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the independent contractors ("Affiliates") and VAN LIFE PEERS LLC ("VAN LIFE PEERS"), a technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) company providing subscription-based non-fungible token (NFT) profile and/or marketplace services through the Van Life Peers platform (www.vanlifepeers.com). By engaging in marketing activities to promote the Van Life Peers platform and services, affiliates agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Agreement Updates
VAN LIFE PEERS and its operator(s) reserve the right to update this Agreement at their discretion without notice.

3. Compensation
The 'VAN LIFE™ Affiliate Program Agreement' enables affiliates to earn a commission of 50%, which is subject to change at the discretion of the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform.

4. Approval Process and Disclaimers
All affiliates undergo approval or rejection by the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform prior to becoming a member of the affiliate program. However, approval does not guarantee membership. Potential members of the affiliate program acknowledge waiving the right to defame, disparage, or sue the Van Life Peers platform if they do not become affiliates of the Van Life Peers platform.

5. Classification
Affiliates are individuals or entities that partner with a company to promote its products or services in exchange for a commission on sales or leads generated through their marketing efforts. Unlike employees, affiliates are independent contractors who operate separately from the company they are promoting. Affiliates are not subject to the same level of control, oversight, or laws as employees, and they are responsible for managing their own businesses and marketing activities.

6. Performance Based Review and Disclaimers
All affiliates undergo performance-based reviews daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually by the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform. Membership in the affiliate program is "at-will," contingent on the performance of the affiliate(s) in question. Members of the affiliate program acknowledge waiving the right to defame, disparage, or sue the Van Life Peers platform if they are dismissed as affiliates of the Van Life Peers platform.

7. Ownership Rights and Waivers
All members of the affiliate program are required to submit a verification video. By submitting a verification video, the affiliate relinquishes claims of ownership and control to VAN LIFE PEERS and its operator(s) in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to, VAN LIFE™ NFT marketplaces/profiles/postings/listings, residuals, additional compensation, and profits from ancillary sources. Affiliates agree not to defame, disparage, or sue the Van Life Peers platform or its operator(s) upon submission of their verification video.

8. Verification Video Requirements
To become a member of the affiliate program, individuals must submit the following items in a video format (MP4) through email or phone to the Van Life Peers platform:

• Visibly show your face (i.e., no masks allowed. — *Coverings that do not shield your forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, and chin from plain sight are permitted [e.g., Hijab, Shayla, Al-Amira, Khimar, Chador].*) at any time throughout the duration of the video.
• Clearly state your moniker (i.e., 1. first and last name 2. middle name 3. stage name 4. trade name — *Only select one out of the four that are listed.*) and/or display a written expression of your moniker (i.e., 1. first and last name 2. middle name 3. stage name 4. trade name — *Only select one out of the four that are listed.*) at any time throughout the duration of the video.
• Clearly state your age (i.e., 1. "I am X years old." 2. "I am younger than 30 years old." 3. "I am between 30 and 60 years old." 4. "I am older than 60 years old." — *Only select one out of the four that are listed.*) and/or display a written expression of your age (i.e., 1. "I am X years old." 2. "I am younger than 30 years old." 3. "I am between 30 and 60 years old." 4. "I am older than 60 years old." — *Only select one out of the four that are listed.*) at any time throughout the duration of the video.
• Clearly state the sentence "I am an affiliate of Van Life Peers" or "I am a member of the affiliate program on the Van Life Peers platform" at any time throughout the duration of the video.

9. Affiliate(s) Payment Request
Upon notification of earned commissions on referral(s), renewal(s), and/or paid advertisement(s) by the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform, the Van Life Peers platform will save the earnings of the affiliate(s) until the affiliate(s) submit a payment request to the Van Life Peers platform through email, phone, or contact form. Van Life Peers currently offers payment(s) through Cash App, Zelle, and Western Union. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment method information in their payment request(s). Affiliates agree not to defame, disparage, or sue the Van Life Peers platform or its operator(s) upon submission of their payment request(s) to the Van Life Peers platform. The Van Life Peers platform, and the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform, shall not be held liable if any affiliate(s) enter incorrect payment method information in their payment request(s) and the affiliate(s) earnings are disbursed to the payment method information provided to the Van Life Peers platform.

By accepting this Agreement, the Affiliate(s) acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
