Welcome to the VAN LIFE™ Peers Ladder Of Success (Customer Rewards Program) Agreement ("Agreement") on our Website (https://www.vanlifepeers.com). The VAN LIFE™ brand and its affiliated entities ("VAN LIFE™", “Van Life Peers”, “we” or “us”) aims to promote an exciting and safe experience for all ages. This agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the Effective Date ("2/11/2024"), by and between Van Life Peers (the "Company", "Site", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual or entity participating in or engaging with our VAN LIFE™ Peers Ladder Of Success (Customer Rewards Program), activities, services, products, or events (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant", "Customer", "Member" or "you").
Program Overview:
The VAN LIFE™ Peers Ladder Of Success (Customer Rewards Program) allows subscribers on the VAN LIFE™ Peers platform (vanlifepeers.com) to turn their paid subscription(s) into potential gross or net points and compete for an opportunity to redeem their potential gross or net points in a contract negotiation at a later date if they are cast in a VAN LIFE™ film and/or television project produced in part by VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC. Points are earned based on the amount of subscription categories that an individual is subscribed to (i.e., one subscription category equals one potential gross or net point) and at this time can only be redeemed for VAN LIFE™ film/television projects produced in part by VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC.
Eligibility:
1. Participation in the Program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
⦁ Must have access to the Van Life Peers platform (vanlifepeers.com).
Program Entry:
To enter the Program, participant(s) must:
1. Submit at least one talent attachment agreement for a VAN LIFE™ film/television project on the VAN LIFE™ Peers platform (vanlifepeers.com).
2. Subscribe to at least one subscription category on the VAN LIFE™ Peers platform (i.e., Participants may select one subscription group and up to ten subscription categories within that subscription group for their entry. Each subscription category equals one gross or net point.).
3. Email vanlifepeers@gmail.com a video explaining why they want to be cast in the VAN LIFE™ film/television project(s) that they previously submitted a talent attachment agreement for, along with proof of their current subscription payment(s) to the VAN LIFE™ Peers platform (vanlifepeers.com).
4. Promote VAN LIFE™ film/television projects through designated channels as specified by the Company (e.g., Utilize the online virtual world and social networking site 'IMVU' [imvu.com] to host a Voice Chat-enabled Live Room wherein you play a YouTube video that showcases a compilation of film and/or televison projects that you have worked on while discussing the VAN LIFE™ film/television project(s) that you have submitted a talent attachment agreement for).
Limitation:
1. Entry does not guarantee casting or points redemption. Participants must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. At this time, only one entry per year is permitted, and submission does not guarantee participation in VAN LIFE™ film/television projects.
Winner Selection:
1. Winner(s) may be selected randomly from all eligible entrants.
2. The selection process may be conducted using a raffle drum or an equivalent random selection method.
3. The announcement of the winner(s) may be conducted by a third-party (e.g., film studio, television network, subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming service)
4. The drawing will be supervised by the VAN LIFE™ brand (e.g., VAN LIFE PEERS LLC, VAN LIFE LLC, VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, DECHIFFER TOUT CE GACHIS LLC) by way of the Van Life Peers platform, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Winner Notification and Redemption Claim:
1. The selected winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided in their talent attachment agreement(s).
2. The winner(s) must respond within a specified time period (stated in the notification) to claim their opportunity to negotiate for gross or net points if cast in a VAN LIFE film and/or television project produced in part by VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC.
3. Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in disqualification, and alternate winner(s) may be selected.
4. At this time, winning entries are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash or other goods or services.
Publicity and Release:
1. The VAN LIFE™ brand (e.g., VAN LIFE PEERS LLC, VAN LIFE LLC, VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, DECHIFFER TOUT CE GACHIS LLC) by way of the Van Life Peers platform may promote the Program through their official accounts on various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn).
2. By participating in the Program, participants grant the VAN LIFE™ brand (e.g., VAN LIFE PEERS LLC, VAN LIFE LLC, VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, DECHIFFER TOUT CE GACHIS LLC) by way of the Van Life Peers platform a non-exclusive royalty-free license in perpetuity to use their name, likeness, voice, and any other personal information or submitted materials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation in perpetuity unless otherwise specified.
3. Winner(s) may be required to sign a release form, granting the VAN LIFE™ brand (e.g., VAN LIFE PEERS LLC, VAN LIFE LLC, VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, DECHIFFER TOUT CE GACHIS LLC) by way of the Van Life Peers platform permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and any other personal information or submitted materials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation in perpetuity unless otherwise specified.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
1. This Program and its official rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the VAN LIFE™ brand (e.g., VAN LIFE PEERS LLC, VAN LIFE LLC, VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, DECHIFFER TOUT CE GACHIS LLC) by way of the Van Life Peers platform is based.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. The VAN LIFE™ brand (e.g., VAN LIFE PEERS LLC, VAN LIFE LLC, VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, DECHIFFER TOUT CE GACHIS LLC) by way of the Van Life Peers platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. The VAN LIFE™ brand (e.g., VAN LIFE PEERS LLC, VAN LIFE LLC, VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, DECHIFFER TOUT CE GACHIS LLC) by way of the Van Life Peers platform reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the Program rules.
3. The VAN LIFE™ brand (e.g., VAN LIFE PEERS LLC, VAN LIFE LLC, VAN LIFE ENTERTAINMENT LLC, DECHIFFER TOUT CE GACHIS LLC) by way of the Van Life Peers platform is not responsible for any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect the Program.
4. Entry into the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
6. To opt-out of the Program, individual(s) must send an email to vanlifepeers@gmail.com requesting removal of their name from the pool of entrants.
