VAN LIFE™ Pay-Per-Services Invitation Promotion Agreement

Van Life Peers is excited to offer creators a unique opportunity to maximize their earnings through our platform. This Pay-Per-Services Invitation Promotion Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for selected creators invited by Van Life Peers to participate in our exclusive NFT-based earning program.

2. Pay-Per-Services Invitation Promotion Details
Van Life Peers offers a section called VAN LIFE™ Carnival where creators can advertise their pay-per-services with their secondary phone number (e.g., WhatsApp number, VoIP number, business phone number) through NFTs. These services fall under the following categories:

• Pay-per-picture (Category: VAN LIFE™ Single-O)
• Pay-per-video (Category: VAN LIFE™ Museum Show)
• Pay-per-minute audio call (Category: VAN LIFE™ Girl Show)
• Pay-per-minute video call (Category: VAN LIFE™ Ten-In-One)
• Pay-per-picture, Pay-per-video, Pay-per-minute audio call, and Pay-per-minute video call (Category: VAN LIFE™ Sideshow)

This system allows creators to verify customers before granting access to any service offered for purchase off our platform. For example, if a subscriber creates a profile to advertise their pay-per-minute video call services, Van Life Peers will make 100 NFTs of their profile available for purchase at $1,000 each, totaling $100,000 for all the NFTs in stock that are designated for the creator to earn 100% profit from.

Moreover, each time an NFT designated for the creator is purchased, Van Life Peers will transfer $1,000 to the creator on the same day of purchase through Zelle, Cash App, wire transfer, or bank transfer, until the creator has earned $100,000 by selling out all their designated NFTs in the category it's listed in. This offer to earn up to $500,000 is only available by invitation from the founder of Van Life Peers. For instance, if a creator advertises their pay-per-picture, pay-per-video, pay-per-minute audio call, and pay-per-minute video call services in the VAN LIFE™ Single-O, VAN LIFE™ Museum Show, VAN LIFE™ Girl Show, VAN LIFE™ Ten-In-One, and VAN LIFE™ Sideshow categories, they will be eligible to earn up to $100,000 per category, totaling $500,000.

3. Subscription-Based NFT Profile and/or Marketplace Services
VAN LIFE PEERS operates as a publishing service, offering 100% earnings, 100% advertisement revenue, 50% commissions, same-day payouts, film agreements, television agreements, "free" advertisements, and "free" subscriptions to its Subscribers. The platform functions through third-party NFT profiles and/or marketplaces, allowing Subscribers to purchase monthly subscriptions using Peer-to-Peer payment methods. Subscribers can submit paid advertisements or contact information to be posted as NFTs on VAN LIFE PEERS' profiles or marketplaces.
In the event of subscription cancellation, NFT(s) created for the Subscriber will be put up for sale indefinitely until sold.

4. How To Submit Your Profile To Van Life Peers
A. Profile Submission Requirements:
To create a profile on the Van Life Peers platform, Subscribers must submit the following items in a video format (MP4) to vanlifepeers@gmail.com:
*Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present throughout the duration of the video. However, if an individual is an emancipated minor, then they must display their affidavit or other sworn or verified document which proves the veracity of their claim at any time throughout the duration of the video.

Profile Identification (5 required)

• Visibly show your face (i.e., no masks allowed. — *Coverings that do not shield your forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, and chin from plain sight are permitted [e.g., Hijab, Shayla, Al-Amira, Khimar, Chador].*) at any time throughout the duration of the video.
• Clearly state your moniker (i.e., 1. first and last name 2. middle name 3. stage name 4. trade name — *Only select one out of the four that are listed.*) and/or display a written expression of your moniker (i.e., 1. first and last name 2. middle name 3. stage name 4. trade name — *Only select one out of the four that are listed.*) at any time throughout the duration of the video.
• Clearly state your age (i.e., 1. "I am X years old." 2. "I am younger than 30 years old." 3. "I am between 30 and 60 years old." 4. "I am older than 60 years old." — *Only select one out of the four that are listed.*) and/or display a written expression of your age (i.e., 1. "I am X years old." 2. "I am younger than 30 years old." 3. "I am between 30 and 60 years old." 4. "I am older than 60 years old." — *Only select one out of the four that are listed.*) at any time throughout the duration of the video.
• Clearly state the phrase "Van Life" and/or display a written expression of the phrase "Van Life" at any time throughout the duration of the video.
• Describe what you are selling (e.g., products, services), offering (e.g., free resources, employment), or seeking (e.g., donations, real estate for rent) at any time throughout the duration of the video.

5. How To Subscribe On Van Life Peers
A. Upon submitting a profile To Van Life Peers, individuals must submit payment via Cash App or Zelle to the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform using the provided payment details.

B. Subscription Service(s) Price(s):
Subscription service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current prices are as follows:

• Van Life Peers Landlord Subscription Service: Free
• Van Life Peers Tenants Subscription Service: $1.00/28-days per profile created (For example, the lending category and classifieds category have five-sections and ten-sections, respectively. However, the lending category contains five-different types of offerings that can not be duplicated, thereby limiting the maximum subscription price, i.e., $1.00 × 5 profiles created [1 profile per section]. But, the classifieds category contains an unlimited amount of offerings that can be created, thereby resulting in an unlimited subscription price, i.e., $1.00 × infinite profiles created [1 profile per offering].)
• Van Life Peers Courtyard Subscription Service: $2.00/28-days both categories included

*Van Life Peers Profile Government Identification Badge: $3.00/one-time payment (requires government-issued ID submission)

6. Joining Subscription Service(s) On Van Life Peers
To join or renew a subscription, Subscribers must follow the instructions in the VAN LIFE™ User Profile Agreement, which is available on the Van Life Peers platform.

7. Cancelling Subscription Service(s) On Van Life Peers
Subscription payments are nonrefundable. If not renewed on or before the 29th day, the subscription will be canceled. NFT(s) created for the Subscriber will be put up for sale until sold, and profile(s) may be removed permanently from the Van Life Peers platform.

8. Rejoining Subscription Service(s) On Van Life Peers
Former members can rejoin by following the subscription process after the 29th day of the initial or recurring payment.

9. 'Free Advertisements/Subscriptions' Promotion
Subscribers submitting paid advertisements may be eligible for free advertisements/subscriptions over time. The revenue-sharing agreement, as outlined in the "VAN LIFE™ Paid User Advertisement Revenue Sharing Agreement," governs this promotion. Additionally, if the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform contact you directly offering a free advertisement/subscription, and you are not currently a subscriber on Van Life Peers, then you will have 24 hours upon receiving this inquiry to claim this offer and get your first 28 days free of charge on Van Life Peers with no commitment to a recurring subscription.

By agreeing to this Pay-Per-Services Invitation Promotion Agreement, Subscribers acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
