VAN LIFE™ NFT IRL MMORPG Agreement

This NFT IRL MMORPG Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the effective date, by and between Van Life Peers LLC ("Company") and any players ("Player"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for players participating in the VAN LIFE™ NFT IRL MMORPG ("Non-Fungible Token In Real Life Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game").

1. Introduction

Welcome to the VAN LIFE™ NFT IRL MMORPG, a unique and immersive experience that combines real-life activities with virtual gameplay. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the game. By purchasing a VAN LIFE™ NFT or subscribing to the Van Life Peers platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Definitions

• VAN LIFE™ NFT: A non-fungible token that grants access to the VAN LIFE™ NFT IRL MMORPG and associated privileges.
• Van Life Peers Platform: The website and services provided by Van Life Peers, including the VAN LIFE™ NFT marketplace and game-related content.
• Player: Any individual who purchases a VAN LIFE™ NFT or subscribes to the Van Life Peers platform to participate in the game.
• Game: The VAN LIFE™ NFT IRL MMORPG, including all associated activities and missions.
• Content: Any media created by players during their participation in the game, including videos, livestreams, and social media posts.

3. Participation Requirements

To participate in the VAN LIFE™ NFT IRL MMORPG, you must:

1. Read the 'VAN LIFE™ NFT Utility Notice' on the Van Life Peers platform.

2. Read and agree to this 'VAN LIFE™ NFT IRL MMORPG Agreement'.

3. Purchase a VAN LIFE™ NFT or subscribe to the Van Life Peers platform to create a custom VAN LIFE™ NFT profile.

4. Gameplay

4.1 Objectives

• Primary Objective: Help VAN LIFE complete side and main missions, including but not limited to tasks to grow his businesses and raise awareness for his petitions.
• Secondary Objective: Complete legal errands and tasks in daily life to build or join a global van life community.

4.2 Missions

• Side Missions: Routine tasks outlined on the Van Life Peers platform to support VAN LIFE’s business operations.
• Main Missions: Activities to raise awareness for VAN LIFE’s petitions and explore financing methods for legal or political campaigns.

5. Van Life NFT Privileges

Players with a VAN LIFE™ NFT can:

1. Request other players to present their VAN LIFE™ NFT during interactions.

2. Record interactions temporarily with a camera and edit footage to resemble video game levels.

3. Upload content online, following the terms of the 'VAN LIFE™ NFT Utility Notice' and 'VAN LIFE™ NFT IRL MMORPG Agreement' on the Van Life Peers platform.

6. Content Creation and Sharing

6.1 Recording and Uploading

• Players may record their interactions and edit them to resemble game levels.
• Content can be uploaded to online platforms initially, with future restrictions to the Van Life Peers online video sharing platform.

6.2 Livestreaming

• Exclusively on the Van Life Peers online video sharing platform, players can livestream content with interactive features such as 'pay-per-game command', 'pay-per-picture', 'pay-per-video', 'pay-per-minute audio phone call', 'pay-per-minute video phone call', and other pay-per service or product options.
• Livestreaming must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and platform rules.

7. Conduct and Compliance

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Players must not engage in illegal activities or violate laws during gameplay.
• Violations will result in account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

7.2 Liability

The Van Life Peers platform is not liable for actions of its users, similar to the protections under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

8. Community Structure

8.1 Van Life Community

• Players aim to build a VAN LIFE-led global community with a regional triumvirate administering each region (i.e., North Region, South Region, East Region, West Region).
• Triumvirs are elected democratically by VAN LIFE™ NFT holders (i.e., Three-Triumvirs per region) on regular basis.

9. Legal Compliance

Players must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws while participating in the game. The Van Life Peers platform will cooperate with law enforcement as required.

10. Termination and Enforcement

10.1 Account Termination

• Accounts will be terminated for prohibited conduct or violation of this agreement.
• Termination includes loss of access to the game and platform privileges.

10.2 Reporting

The platform will report illegal activities to law enforcement as necessary.

11. Updates and Changes

This agreement may be updated periodically. Players will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
