VAN LIFE™ Paid User Advertisement Agreement
Effective Date: 1/27/24
1. Introduction
This Paid User Advertisement Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the user ("Subscriber") and VAN LIFE PEERS LLC ("VAN LIFE PEERS"), a technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) company providing subscription-based non-fungible token (NFT) profile and/or marketplace services through the Van Life Peers platform (www.vanlifepeers.com). By submitting a paid advertisement, Subscriber agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Subscription-Based NFT Profile and/or Marketplace Services
VAN LIFE PEERS offers Subscribers the opportunity to submit paid advertisements within the 'COURTYARD' section on the Van Life Peers platform. The platform operates as a publishing service, providing 100% earnings, 100% advertisement revenue, 50% commissions, same-day payouts, film agreements, television agreements, "free" advertisements, and "free" subscriptions to its Subscribers. Utilizing NFT profiles and/or marketplaces, subscribers can purchase monthly subscriptions through Peer-to-Peer payment methods, subsequently sending one-time payments or contact information for the creation of NFTs to gain visibility.
In the event of subscription cancellation, NFT(s) created for the Subscriber will be offered for sale indefinitely.
3. Subscriber Information and Submission Requirements
Before becoming a Subscriber, individuals must submit:
A. First and Last Name
B. Email Address and Phone Number
C. Zelle or Cash App payment details
D. Screenshot or video of pending payment with a brief description of the paid advertisement video
E. Attachment of the paid advertisement in MP4 format via vanlifepeers@gmail.com
4. Payment Submission
After submitting the paid advertisement information, payment must be made via Cash App or Zelle to the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform using the provided payment details.

5. Advertisement Pricing
The 'VAN LIFE™ Paid User Advertisement Agreement' enables Subscribers to submit paid advertisements for $100 per 10-seconds, subject to change at the discretion of the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform.
6. Approval Process and Disclaimers
All submissions undergo approval or rejection by content/advertisement moderator(s). Approval does not guarantee placement. Subscribers acknowledge the waiver of the right to defame, disparage, or sue the Van Life Peers platform if their paid advertisements are not placed.
7. Ownership Rights and Waivers
Upon approval and placement, Subscribers relinquish ownership and control of paid advertisements and associated NFTs to VAN LIFE PEERS and its operator(s) perpetually. Subscribers waive rights to claims of ownership and control over NFT marketplaces, residuals, additional compensation, and profits from ancillary sources.
8. Agreement Updates and Rejections
VAN LIFE PEERS and its operator(s) reserve the right to update this agreement and reject/refund any submissions without notice at their discretion.
9. Content Restrictions
Submissions containing trademarked intellectual property or copyrighted material not owned by the Subscriber will not be accepted.
10. Applicability
The 'VAN LIFE™ Paid User Advertisement Agreement' applies to 'Van Life™ Paid Advertisements' and 'Van Life™ User Generated Content' in the 'COURTYARD' section. Corporate advertisers are encouraged to inquire directly via vanlifepeers@gmail.com for advertising and/or sponsorship opportunities.
11. 'Free Advertisements/Subscriptions' Promotion
The 'Free Ads/Subscriptions' promotion allows Subscribers to recoup the total cost(s) of their paid advertisements/subscriptions over time, reducing marketing expenses. Participants acknowledge the terms outlined in the 'VAN LIFE™ Paid User Advertisement Revenue Sharing Agreement'. Additionally, if the operator(s) of the Van Life Peers platform contact you directly offering a free advertisement/subscription, and you are not currently a subscriber on Van Life Peers, then you will have 24 hours upon receiving this inquiry to claim this offer and get your first 28 days free of charge on Van Life Peers with no commitment to a recurring subscription.
By agreeing to this Paid User Advertisement Agreement, Subscribers acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
